Regarding playing country-style, that's often just the tone or the way you hit the notes that makes the difference, you can play the exact same thing in different styles of music, but with tiny changes in the tone, you get country, or blues, or whatever One thing is really bugging me though: The cool thing is, is that for a beginner it is very easy to learn how to throw these notes into your playing, and you get the satisfaction of hearing your playing sound like something more than the usual strum-strum.
